What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Agency plans on annual billing can also pay by invoice. All transactions are secured by Stripe — the same payment processor trusted by Shopify, Amazon, and Google.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Can I try Oase before paying?
Yes — the Free plan is yours forever with no credit card required. Run up to 5 projects with 3 clients, use core tools, and experience Dune AI firsthand. When you're ready for unlimited projects, all tools, and playbooks, upgrade to a paid plan instantly.
What happens when I hit my usage limit?
You'll get a warning at 80% usage so there are no surprises. When you hit the limit, AI credits and batch operations pause — but your projects, files, messages, and client portal keep working normally. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. You can also upgrade mid-cycle for immediate access to more.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes — save roughly 2 months free when you pay annually. Freelancer drops to €29/mo (save €72/yr), Pro to €49/mo (save €132/yr), and Agency to €99/mo (save €252/yr). You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime from your account settings.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings with one click. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, ever.
